Living life without tension!

Hey, Surprised after reading the title...oh don’t be. It’s true. Now you all can leave beside your stress and live happily, tension free. Now ask how…then just a simple answer” laughing”. Yes Laughing is the best way of suppressing all your worries and tensions. In our hectic life we have forgotten smiling and laughing. Everyone is busy in making the money and rising is standard of living. But no body has time to sit and laugh
See a child, how he doesn’t worry about any thing and smiles, laughs and dances without any hesitation. We should also be like that little child.
Well known Dietician, Pamela Aye Simon, has released the book “Book of Blah: Random Thoughts for Boring Days” “believes that most us need a refresher course to regain our sense of humor. She says “I see so many people who are stressed out and find themselves going berserk over minor issues. We need to learn to take a deep breath, assess the situation and then laugh at the inane nature of it all. Life feels softer if you can see the humorous story behind your frustrations. Laughing may not make the problem itself disappear but it sure helps makes things seem better.”
